Proxy issues in hosted CouchDB
Due to a problem related with our cloud provider one proxy was having issues this morning causing downtime in some free CouchDB instances, Sorry for the inconveniences, the issue has been resolved and all instances should be good now.

Issues with provisioning database
A misconfiguration in our provisioning database caused the disk to become full. This prevented the possibility of new deploys for many users.
